Dr. J. Willard Jones Jr. D. Min.,

Pastor

Currently serves as the Pastor at Servants for Christ Baptist Church; he is the Treasurer and servant to the Missionary Baptist Ministers Conference of Washington DC and vicinity. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Collective Empowerment Group. He has been a public servant for well over 47 years serving as a Pastor, Former Executive Vice President; and Vice President of the Maple Springs Alumni; Director, Ombudsman, Professor, Media Producer and member of various ecclesiastical organizations in leadership and voluntarily capacities primarily in Prince George’s County, and regional jurisdictions. Dr. Jones voluntarily retired as a federal career civil servant on May 3, 2019. Dr Jones is a community activist in the DMV. Dr. Jones is the immediate past ADR Director and Ombudsman in the Office of Departmental Equal Employment Opportunity at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He is a private contractor, business owner and facilitator for Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Facilitator with a 98% success rate. He is also a former audit liaison officer; functioning in these capacities as a senior leader afforded him the opportunity to work with executives, ministers, managers, union officials, employees and stakeholders in the private and public sectors. Dr. Jones is currently pursuing international ministry with diplomatic and ministry leaders.
